Stricter Rules

Other than duties, there is still one more thing that has to have a stricter rule. NO ONE, i stress again, NO ONE should misuse any of our equipments at any occasion. No usage of school equipments for personal uses. No bringing of the equipments home unless it is borrowed from mdm chia and you have told her how long you are going to use it. Example of misusing of equipment is to use the mike and announcing something during assembly or celebration for personal benefits.

This has already happened at least once and I do not wished to see another incident happening. If anyone is to misuse any of the equipment, you will get it from me or the EXCO personally.

Chinese New Year Celebrations

There will be a mini celebration tomorrow (21/2/2007) at 1500 at the mac lab to celebrate Chinese new year. Attendance will be taken..

Stricter Measures for Meetings

All iMedia members, including photography members. Please turn up during any general meeting. From the next meeting onwards, attendance will be taken on a stricter note. Names of Members who do not turn up will be given to Mr Teng before given to Mr Goh Kee Yong to deal with those who do not turn up.

Those who cannot make it due to medical reasons, please produce an Medical Certificate (MC) or you can make it due to some personal issues, please let any EXCO in advance, for if you do not do so, your attendance will be marked as void.

Meeting tomorrow (Sec 1s Included)

There'll be a meeting tomorrow, Fri (9.2.07), in the iMac lab. Please be punctual. There'll also be an Exco meeting after that in the Studio. Thanks.

Morning assembly duties and changes

Guys, please turn up regularly for your duties... There are some changes made to the assembly duties, they are as follows...

• Announcements can be made through the tape mic point, a mic has been set up by the OM so that it is possible to make an announcement through the microphone
• Your EXCOs in charge are as follows

1. This week --- Henry and Roy
2. Next Week --- Jit Hin and Yu Hung
3. The following week --- John and Joshua
4. The 4th week --- Ervin and Michael
